Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller
Skeylap (operated by an individual entrepreneur — incorporation as "Skeylap Ltd. Şti." is in progress; this section will be updated once the company is formed), Istanbul, Turkey ("Skeylap" / "the Company") processes your personal data as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data Processed
Full name, email address, brand/business information, and any other information you share via the form (competitor brands, target audience, claims you'd like checked).

3. Purposes of Processing
Preparing the AI visibility analysis report you requested, contacting you, improving service quality, and fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis
Your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1 (the consent you give by approving this form).

5. International Transfer
To provide the service, your personal data is transferred to service providers based outside Turkey (Resend (USA) for email delivery; Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity (USA) for AI analysis infrastructure; Paddle (USA) for payment processing; ip-api.com, which detects your country from your IP address so we can show you content in the right language). This transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9.

6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable statutory limitation periods.

7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties (domestic/international) to whom it is transferred, request correction if inaccurate, request deletion/destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred.
